Three AM wasn’t the ideal time for you to finally fall asleep.

And let me chime in here real quick: anxiety is a good thing sometimes. It helps you be on top of sh*t, on top of your game, prepared, helps you get things done, helps you be responsible. And it shows you care - about all of it.

Even so, anxiety normally sucks.

You want some control. You don’t want to feel held back. You want your peace back
